Our primary focus with our Club Management will be for timeshare owners to have a better understanding of what they now own, how to use it, how to trade it and how to get the maximum benefits for what you own. DVU does not own, manage or sell timeshare resorts so we are totally independent and are here to be of service to you the timeshare owner.

You will be able to pledge your weeks to DVU. Your maintenance & other fees to your resort must be paid before you can travel on them. So if you pledge your weeks but do not plan on using for a number of years you will only need to pay each as it is due to your resort. If you plan on utilizing the weeks right away your fees will need to be paid to your resort before turning them into DVU.

Fees for belonging to the DVU Club Management Program:
Signup Fee: $200
Lifetime Signup Fee: $995
Annual Membership Fee: $25 per year on a calendar basis.
Service Fees: $125 & $150, fees are paid when service is rendered.
To be a member of DVU Club Management you must own in one or more timeshare resorts or clubs. Your ownership can be fixed weeks, floating weeks or points, we will help you to have a better understanding of what you own and how to better utilize it. We will assist in working with the exchange companies.
As a resort you can bulk deposit weeks and DVU will assist you in the management of those weeks. This is a program that will benefit both your member and your resort operation. Cost to a resort is an annual fee of $200. No more unhappy owners that have called too late to secure a week on their usage. With this agreement you just assign one of the weeks already with DVU and we will transfer it to y our owner. We will set up an account for them and take care of their requests and answer their questions.
